Born in London, Spring directed his debut feature Destination: Dewsbury at the age of 19. The film enjoyed an impressive theatrical release and was distributed globally. In 2021 he directed his second feature Three Day Millionaire starring Colm Meaney which drew critical acclaim and after an extensive theatrical release, charted at #5 on Netflix in the UK. In 2023 Spring announced his next completed project featuring Ryan Reynolds, All Town Aren't We, which is being distributed globally by Propagate Content.
